The CCD is located in the heart of the city on the banks of the river Liffey and has become an iconic landmark in city skyline. If you do not have your own transport available, you can travel to the CCD by Bus or by Taxi.
Take the complimentary airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport and change to the No.16 bus which will take you to the city centre. The CCD is a short 10-minute walk from O’Connell street, using the river liffey as a guide walk north up the river until you reach the CCD.
If you are short on time it is recommended that you take a taxi from the hotel as the CCD is only 7 kilometres by car.
After spending the day in the CCD you can explore Dublin’s bustling nightlife, why not stroll down to temple bar, or visit famous Grafton Street with a multitude of shops and historical sights. On your return to Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant where A la carte menu is served from 7.00pm or grab a bite in the Bar up to 10.00pm. The hotel provides excellent room service menu also if you would prefer to kick back and relax in your 4-star accommodation.
